Usually we do give preference to B.Ed. candidates first as per the CBSE Norms but if we found any potential candidate carry relevant experience in respective subject we can once consider those candidate as well.

Yes, we do provide different types of training as per the requirements. Teaching staff get training on subjective basis as well as on development basis and apart from this they also get involved in training specified by the CBSE Board.

Yes, we allow & support our staff members to upgrade themselves while working with our schools.
Ex: If someone pursuing his/her B.Ed. and need leaves for exam, school will support the staff for the same.
